Standard Features

3’ deep verandah (2’ deep verandah on 7’ wide buildings). Full length glazed doors and two front fixed windows. All versions have one top hung half opening vent window and one fixed on both sides. Locking doors. Spirit based timber treatment throughout.

Sizes: From 7’ wide x 5’ deep (2.13m x 1.52m) up to 12’ wide x 16’ deep (3.66m x 4.88m).
Eaves height (internal): 6’8” (2.03m).
Apex height (internal): 7’5” (2.26m) on the 8’ wide buildings, 7’8” (2.34m) on the 10’ wide buildings and 7’11” (2.41m) on the 12’ wide buildings.
Doors: 4’ (1.22m) wide double doors on all buildings.
Cladding: A choice of 12mm tongue and grooved deal or cedar shiplap or 15mm deal logroll.
Framing: 33mm x 58mm deal.

Options Available

5’ deep verandah. Georgian style windows and doors with ‘antique’ style fittings (with Georgian style, both opening windows open their full length). Cedar slatted roof. Internal partitions with sliding or hinged door. Toughened glass. Pressure treated floor bearers.
